        2.超高溫旋噴式氣體射流洗井過程兩相流研究

        茅靳豐,邊浪,關洪軍,李靖 (解放軍理工大學工程兵工程學院,江蘇 南京 210007) 摘要:本文介紹了新型超高溫旋噴式氣體射流洗井器洗井機理,并從機理出發,深入分析了井筒中兩相流的流型過渡與傳熱過程。根據現場所測得的實驗數據,研究了流態不穩定導致的井口振動在橫、 縱向的模態,從側面分析了兩相流體在井筒中的振蕩特性,也為下一步模擬打下基礎。本文借此試驗從更深層次說明了兩相流理論的研究對高溫氣體射流洗井工藝的重要意義。   關鍵詞:洗井器;兩相流;機理;振動   中圖分類號:TE252 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1672-4984(2006)02-0005-03   Two-phase research based on extremely overheat and rotary spraying shooting flow well-washing principle   MAO Jin-feng,BIAN Lang,GUAN Hong-jun,LI Jing (Engineering Institute of Engineering Corps, PLA University of Science and Technology,Nanjing 210007,China)   Abstract: This paper introduced a new overheat and rotary spraying shooting flow  well-washing machine and its mechanism.According to the mechanism, this paper also deeply analyzed the transition of two-phase flow and the process of conducting heat in the well. On the basis of the datum in the expe riment,it studied the transverse and longitudinal mode due to liquid conformation instability, analyzed the vibration characteristic of two-phase flow in the well. It also set ground to the next simulation. This paper shows the importance of research on two-phase flow in the well-washing craft of gas jet.   Key words: Well-washing machine;Two-phase flow;Mechanism;Vibration
